We have a great opportunity for an experienced and proactive Senior Payroll Officer to join our amazing and valued Payroll Team. Whilst you will ensure the end-to-end payroll requirements are met, you will also have the opportunity to support and coach others to develop their skills and knowledge and working closely with the Payroll Lead you will provide expert advice and support on payroll matters, and as we know some are complex, drive efficiencies and enhancing processes. We strive to provide our employees with exceptional service, so they can focus on what matters, our clients. You will also be responsible for generating insightful reports, offering detailed analysis beyond raw data to help inform decision making.
In addition to running the fortnightly payroll for approximately 2,500 employees, with the SCHADS Award being our primary Award, you will manage manual payroll processing and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation. You will also contribute to shaping our future HRIS System as we move from Preceda to Dayforce, so experience in Preceda, Dayforce or large payroll systems, would be highly regarded.
