Your role:

Develop, implement and evaluate an annual Regional Quality Work Plan designed to realise and complement the goals of Anglicare Victoria’s Quality Work Plan and overarching Strategic Directions.

The skills you will use day to day:

  • Experience in a similar role in the human services sector would be highly regarded and useful day to day.
  • Lead quality improvement, compliance and assurance processes, including self-assessment processes in the region.
  • Reviews in response to critical incidents and investigations.
  • The ability to manage a range of projects with competing demands to completion.
  • A demonstrated ability to engage and communicate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage risks including: service performance, outcomes, critical incident and complaints.
  • Excellent risk assessment and analysis skills.

Qualifications:

  • Various qualifications: Social Work, Human Resources, Project Management will all suit this role
