Lead tenant programs (the program) provide a safe semi-independent living environment in which young people are supported by one or two approved adult volunteer lead tenant/s who provide day-to-day guidance and mature role modelling. The volunteer lead tenant works collaboratively with Anglicare Victoria (AV) staff members in monitoring and responding to the wellbeing of young people.
Over the next 12 months you will need to develop and then support implementation of the new model.
