About the role

We require a highly skilled individual who has demonstrated expertise in successfully initiating, leading and completing complex and sensitive investigations related to the safety of children and young people. 

You will;

  • Have a thorough understanding of the child, youth and families sector and the policy and frameworks that these investigations are required to be completed within.
  • Possess formal qualifications and/or training in investigations, law enforcement or a related discipline.
  • Develop and implement investigation plans, collect evidence, and prepare detailed investigation reports.
  • Collaborate with the investigations team and other stakeholders to execute strategies for complex and sensitive cases.
  • Provide timely updates and recommendations to the relevant Senior Manager
