Your role:

Designing and delivering our Health and Wellbeing program to promote the positive aspects of work that support employee and organisational wellbeing. 

Your role will encompass event/project management. You will need strong organisational skills and be able to manage multiple events/projects at once whilst remaining agile and adaptable. Your understanding of wellbeing and wellbeing frameworks, person-centred language, and systems-thinking approaches such as Me, We, Us will help you embed yourself successfully in to the role and allow you to continue to develop strong relationships with our people.

Working within the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing team, given the work we do, will mean that the position will involve exposure to potentially traumatic events and material so a strong foundation on self-care is needed.

Make your mark:

  • Qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated experience delivering outstanding support within a similar health and wellbeing position
  • Co-design and coordinate organisational wide wellbeing events and initiatives (backed by evidence-based solutions) to promote and protect employee wellbeing. This will involve significant amount of project management.
  • Create and curate purposeful wellbeing resources and collateral e.g., intranet Wellbeing Hub content, intranet articles, internal bulletin, MS Teams page
  • Develop, monitor, and review processes and systems to capture data on wellbeing initiatives; analyse and regularly report on key learnings and trends to make recommendations to enhance wellbeing.
  • Work with relevant internal stakeholders to research, develop and implement wellbeing initiatives that are fit for AV and build the capacity and capability and support our workplace.
  • Engage with external service providers for the delivery of a range of wellbeing initiatives (for example Annual Flu Program, Movement Challenges, Health and Wellbeing Webinars). 
  • Design and deliver wellbeing education sessions for teams, forums, events, on a range of wellbeing topics including the Foundations of Wellbeing, Importance of Early Intervention, Self-care, etc.

  • A total remuneration package of 103,952.14 (this includes superannuation)
  • Office location is Collingwood.
  • Fixed term contract covering parental leave until 10th June 2026.
