This position involves outreach and office based work, group work and in-home skill development with the aim of strengthening parenting capacity, achieving developmental milestones and family resilience. The position will work in the Family Services team at Werribee as part of integrated family services.
You will be supporting families with high and complex needs to address self-set goals around practical parenting, routine/schedule setting and addressing any needs including mental health concerns, drug and alcohol issues, connection to culture/community and therapeutic intervention.
