Anglicare Victoria is seeking a Content Creator with skills in videography, photography, motion graphics and editing.

The successful candidate will relish the challenge of telling complex human stories in an engaging way. The work will suit an independent, self-driven person who also enjoys working within a diverse team and who is skilled at building and maintaining networks of contacts from senior executives to frontline staff.

The work will vary from short, reactive videos responding to current events to longer-form videos showcasing Anglicare Victoria’s many and varied programs. This position is also responsible for shooting pictures for the Anglicare Victoria annual report and for other digital and print purposes.

The Content Creator role would suit someone who is still early in their career, but is capable of producing high quality work which can attract and hold attention, including in competitive digital-first environments. The content developed by this position will be used externally, internally and for specific purposes such as events and in meetings with government Ministers and officials.

What we look for

  • A degree in Film Communication or a related field
  • A Victorian driver’s license.
  • An interest in social affairs and ability to quickly understand complex issues. 

Make it work

  • Total Remuneration Package $78,750.
  • Part-time, permanent position.
  • 0.8 – 30.4 hours, four days a week (please pro rata the above amount).
  • $35.74 per hour.
  • Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus a Meals/Entertainment benefit so you keep more of what you earn.
  • Based in our Central Office in Collingwood, as part of the broader Communications and Fundraising Team.
