About the role: 

As an Assistant Director you’ll form part of the regions Senior Leadership Team, working with the Regional Director to manage the operational aspects of specific service delivery areas including Community Services, Family Services, Quality and Administration. This position covers our Gippsland region with offices in Morwell, Bairnsdale, Wonthaggi and Warragul.

You will be responsible for delivering high quality and responsive services against our operational requirements and developing these services in line with the overall Anglicare Victoria (AV) Strategy. We want you to bring your operational and managerial skills, a committed and compassionate approach, and a growth mindset with a strategic intent, to improve the lives of vulnerable children youth and families in Victoria.

• A total salary package of $170,000 to $175,000.
