• Lead & manage our administrative teams at both Box Hill & Lilydale offices
• Be part of the Senior Leadership group maintaining high levels of service
• Directly supervise 2 Administrative Coordinators leading established teams

Your role:

Lead an administrative team that covers our offices in Box Hill and Lilydale and across the Eastern Region.

The administration officers and coordinators you will lead support particularly complex programs that deliver services to vulnerable families, children and young people.

You are going to need to be a strong operational manager as well as a savvy business leader and people leader to continue the great work this integral function provides.

• Your in depth understanding of administration delivery, systems and technology will be highly regarded

• $130.386.47 total remuneration package (this includes super)
• Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus an entertainment card.
• Work from any of our great office space in Box Hill or Lilydale. Travel will be required between the two.
