Who are we looking for?

A dynamic leader passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. AnglicareSA is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to oversee our Autism Services, leading both centre-based and outreach initiatives.

Our dual-facility Specialist Early Learning Centre at Daphne St in Prospect run inclusive programs in a mainstream setting, as well as a therapy program within an Autism Specific Early Learning and Care Centre (ASELCC). Coupled with our Outreach AnglicareSA Therapeutic Services (OATS) we also provide specialist intervention, education and therapy services to children, young people and adults within education, community and work settings.

Our curriculum provides specialist support in speech therapy, occupational therapy, early childhood education, family support and qualified childcare. The aim of our program is to provide holistic support for families, including linking to other AnglicareSA services to ensure the needs of our children are met.

What can you expect to be doing?

  • Ensure quality delivery of early learning services to meet the needs of children and their families.
  • Develop, consult with and maintain strong professional relationships across the organisation and other stakeholders in the sector to inform service awareness, delivery and design.
  • Prepare and implement business plans to achieve revenue growth targets and cost-effective operations through streamlined business processes.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure efficient and embedded change outcomes, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Effectively lead and support a team of allied health professionals, early learning teachers and educators, promoting a positive workplace culture that develops staff potential and inspires high performance.

What do you need to bring?

  • Tertiary qualification in an Allied Health discipline, disability services, Commerce or significant relevant experience.
  • Strong demonstrable experience in business and allied health service development.
  • Ability to build constructive relationships and work in partnership with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to be flexible, solution focused and willingly accountable for achieving results.
  • Demonstrated experience working within the NDIS environment to deliver successful customer-centred care outcomes.
