Anglicare are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team at Goulburn Family Day Care.

As an Educational Leader it is essential that you are a critically reflective educator, willing to inspire and mentor a wonderful team of educators who provide excellent learning programs for children in their homes. You will need to communicate openly and honestly, be willing to listen and support the educators and inspire them with current pedagogical theories and philosophies. You will be willing to learn and network with other leaders across Anglicare and the local community and have embedded respect for cultural diversity, in particular a commitment to reconciliation.

The role is part-time, a minimum of 48 hours per fortnight with a view to increasing the hours as the Family Day Care service grows. Initially, the expectation is that the Educational Leader will work flexibly Tues to Thurs.

A minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is mandatory, and a degree in Early Childhood Education desirable. A current Driver's Licence is required. (Anglicare provides a car on-site to support travel between the coordination unit, playgroup venues and educator homes).

The salary range for this position is $ 60,000 to $ 63,000 per annum, [pro rata] plus 9.5% employer superannuation guarantee. Generous salary packaging benefits are available under Anglicare's PBI status. Anglicare also offers other benefits including paid parental leave.
