We are delivering the new Permanency Support Program - as part of the significant Out of Home Care reforms in NSW. As a result of this we are looking for an experienced and qualified Case Manager to join our team in Wagga Wagga and help us transform the lives of the most vulnerable people and make a meaningful impact for years to come.
You will be responsible for all aspects of case management to ensure we deliver positive permanent outcomes for young people within the Permanency Support Program.

You'll be drawing upon your experience and knowledge of the child and family sector on a daily basis in this role, as well as your experience in dealing with the Aboriginal community, so those top-level communication, negotiation and diplomacy skills will be needed. You will also need a diploma qualification in Community Service or a related discipline
