This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an emerging philanthropy program, work alongside experienced leaders, and help shape the future of fundraising at a respected not-for-profit organisation.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to deliver engaging fundraising campaigns.
  • Represent Anchor professionally across the philanthropic and community sectors.

You may already be working in fundraising, philanthropy, business development, partnerships or relationship management and are now looking for an opportunity where you can take greater ownership and continue developing your career.

You'll Bring:

  • Experience in fundraising, philanthropy, partnerships or donor relationship management.

  • Excellent written communication and proposal writing skills.
  • Confidence presenting to and influencing a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • The opportunity to build and shape a growing philanthropy program.
  • A supportive and collaborative leadership team invested in your success.
  • Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
