Allwood Neighbourhood House is seeking a highly organised person with strong communication skills and confidence using digital platforms and social media, who brings a community-minded, detail-focused approach to their work.

This role supports the promotion of Allwood programs, events, and community initiatives, while also contributing to agreed communications and promotional activities supporting the Hurstbridge Traders Association (HTA) and local village activation.

About the role

Based at Allwood Neighbourhood House, this part-time role combines marketing, communications, and administration support across a range of community and local engagement activities.

The successful applicant will:

• Promote ANH programs, events, and services across digital platforms
• Contribute to promotional activities supporting Hurstbridge Village traders and initiatives
• Create engaging content and communications
• Support community participation and outreach activities
• Assist with administration, enquiries, and bookings

About you

You are highly organised, with strong communication skills and confidence using digital platforms and social media, and bring a creative, community-minded approach to your work.

You enjoy working with people, can manage competing priorities, and are comfortable working independently within a small collaborative team.
