About the role

You'll support participants in their homes and community settings, following individual care and support plans. Your day-to-day support may include:

  • Personal care and daily living assistance
  • Meal preparation and household support
  • Community access, outings, and social participation
  • Support with appointments and daily routines
  • Assisting participants to build everyday skills and independence
  • Basic progress notes and shift documentation
  • Building trust and rapport while maintaining professional boundaries

You'll receive clear shift instructions and ongoing guidance from our management team.

Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community services is well regarded but not essential — full induction and training is provided.

Mandatory requirements

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain before starting)
  • Driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
  • Full working rights in Australia

Desirable: Certificate III in Individual Support, or a related qualification.

Shift availability

We have weekday, evening, and weekend shifts available across Melbourne's west, including Point Cook, Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Tarneit, Truganina, and surrounding suburbs (confirm exact catchment).

Reliable staff are prioritised for ongoing shift opportunities.
