Policy Consultants to join our growing team in Melbourne

We operate across Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific, and Asia. We are well-recognised as a policy leader: our clients come to us for trusted advice on a wide range of issues.

We are looking for experienced policy advisors to join our growing team.

We want to hear from you if you tick some of these boxes:

• have five or more years experience working as a policy advisor or officer in the health, social services or justice sectors in Australia
• have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• have a sound knowledge of the policy cycle, systems and processes
• have experience in a regulatory environment – design, evaluation, review and implementation
• enjoy delivering practical solutions in a fast-paced environment
• are highly organised and can work successfully within a team and independently
• enjoy a challenge and grappling with complexity
• can work on multiple pieces of work at once without dropping the ball
• have a strong client focus.
