The Role

This is a unique executive level opportunity, based on the beautiful South Coast of NSW, with the opportunity to bring others with you on the journey to improving learning and championing growth for students traditionally left behind in mainstream education.

Ideally, you have at least 5 years’ experience as an educational leader, head of department or pedagogical approach, with postgraduate qualifications or other relevant training in educational leadership, special education or another relevant field.

Novo Education Space is an independent Special Assistance School for Years 9-12, registered with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA). Our purpose is to provide opportunities which foster the development of capable, confident and self-assured young people who are connected to their community and able to forge a path to a productive future.
