About Us

Albany Community Legal Centre provides legal advice, tenancy advocacy and disability advocacy to residents of the Great Southern region of Western Australia. We target our services towards tenants in public and private housing, people experiencing family or domestic violence, people with disabilities and mental health conditions, and people with low or no income.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated person who can make an excellent first impression on people seeking our assistance, by providing them with fantastic service and support from their first interaction with our service to their last.

This position will also provide administrative support to our legal and advocacy teams, including:

  • Assistance with incoming mail, email and phone calls
  • Assistance to coordinate appointments and follow ups
  • Coordinating data entry and storage of our client records

The position will provide assistance to customers Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm. Albany Community Legal is happy to consider applications for job share.

About You

The successful applicant will have:

  • A passion for helping people in need
  • A willingness to work as part of a professional team
  • Experience in client/customer service roles
  • Demonstrated ability in administrative support
