We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Specialist - Learning & Development to join our team, reporting to the Head of Learning & Development. This role supports the effective planning, coordination, delivery and continuous improvement of AIGI's learning and development projects, programs and client-facing activities.
You will provide high-quality project coordination, facilitation support, participant and stakeholder communications, scheduling, documentation and evaluation support across our learning and capability-building initiatives.
This role is hybrid (preferred), with remote work available by arrangement. Candidates located anywhere in Australia are welcome to apply.
To be successful in this role, you ideally have:
You are an organised and detail-focused coordinator who thrives on keeping complex, multi-stream projects on track. You bring strong facilitation and stakeholder support skills, and take genuine pride in preparing high-quality learning materials, communications and documentation.
You are a proactive team player who enjoys working closely with facilitators, participants and internal teams, and who understands the importance of culturally safe and respectful engagement in a learning and development context. You are comfortable balancing multiple priorities and bring a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do.
