We have an exciting opportunity for an Office and Administration Coordinator to join our team! This is a varied and hands-on role that sits at the heart of AIGI’s day-to-day operations. A significant component of the role involves providing dedicated executive assistant-level support to the CEO - coordinating travel, managing stakeholder meetings, and preparing briefings and documentation for executive activities. Alongside this, the role ensures the smooth running of office operations, WHS compliance, and event logistics across the organisation.

You are a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a role that is both people-facing and operationally complex. You bring strong executive support skills and are comfortable working closely with a CEO in a trusted, confidential capacity - managing competing priorities, preparing for high-stakes meetings, and keeping the day running smoothly.
You are a clear communicator who takes pride in your attention to detail and your ability to build relationships across a range of internal and external stakeholders. You are adaptable, take initiative, and understand the importance of culturally safe and respectful engagement in an Indigenous governance context.
