As a Head/Deputy Head of Boarding, you will be critical in managing and supervising the day to day operations of the hostel to ensure appropriate pastoral care is provided to students. You will lead a team of staff supporting secondary education students to achieve their educational and personal goals. You will work closely with schools, families/guardians, communities and local stakeholders to provide the support students need to thrive in a boarding hostel.
