About the opportunity

Due to our continued growth and company expansion we are looking for an experienced, high volume recruiter to join our team on an initial 6 -12 month contract basis. Our internal recruiters are valued members of our business and sit within the HR team. With ownership over a geographical region you will have full accountability for service delivery and stakeholder management. Key responsibilities will include;

• Full time or Part time -5 days per week
• End to end management of roles in a high volume environment
• Completion of all probity checks in accordance to legislation
• Stakeholder partnering to ensure effective recruitment across various needs and priorities
• Be the main point of contact for all roles and candidate queries
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records
• Experience using a recruitment system

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate skills and experience in;

• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• End to end recruitment experience using a recruitment system
• Ability to effectively meet requirements in a high volume environment.
• Proactive and consistent work style
• A clean, unrestricted NSW drivers licence
• Willingness to participate in candidate events including expo’s
