A company born for the passion of caring for those in need, ADL Therapies is a fast developing company that has clients from a variety of referrers; ranging from Home Care Packages (HCP), NDIS, Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), EPC’s, private and some insurance work. We do not provide nursing home services!

We are looking for an occupational therapist for an immediate start who is wanting to find a workplace to settle in and find their work family. We are a practice that values family and will offer flexible working arrangements that will support your work-life balance. We work very closely with our clients, families and referrers and highly value client/referrer satisfaction over KPI’s.

Ideally looking for a therapist with proven experience in provision of occupational therapy services focusing on home modifications (both minor and complex) and equipment prescription; however, the service may adapt to tailor clients to your expertise and skills.

New graduates are welcome to apply.

Our therapists must have:

  • Proven experience providing assessments and treatment in a range of neurological and orthopaedic conditions, disabilities and ailments
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Compassion, empathy and understanding
  • Excellent clinical reasoning and the ability to think outside the square
  • A calm, down to earth nature with a great sense of humour

  • Initially 3 - 4 days p/week - with options to increase case load for the right candidate

Requirements for the role:

  • Right to work in Australia
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • AHPRA registration
  • Open drivers licence
  • Own vehicle
  • Recent Qld Police check (within last 3 months)
  • Blue Card or exemption
  • Qld Disability workers screen

Above Award wages dependent on clinical experience. Paid p/hour ranging from $40 - $70 p/hour. Immediate start for right applicant.
