About the Job

Activ Pathways is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) established by Activ in 2008 to deliver tailored training programs to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, support workers in the sector, and to school students.

Due to an increase in the volume of training delivered we are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Training Administrator to join our Activ Pathways team on Six (6) Month Max Term contract. Reporting to the Training Services Manager, key aspects of this role include the coordination of training programs, administration of LMS (Learning Management Systems) with strong contributions to compliance and a range of other administrative requirements.

 Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high standards of customer service to internal and external stakeholders in response to queries and training requests
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records of enrolments and training activity within the LMS
  • Assisting with financial activities including reporting of income, payment of invoices and raising invoice requisitions
  • Carry out thorough and detailed checking and filing of training documentation ensuring compliance standards are adhered to
  • Assist the Training Services Manager and team with the day to day functions of the Training Department as required.

What you’ll need?

  • A flexible and adaptable attitude;
  • Strong sense of customer service and willingness to assist further when required;
  • A high level of written and oral communication skills;
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team;     
  • Understanding of community and social issues related to disability service provision.
