About the job

The Accommodation and Community Services team supports people living with a disability through accommodation and community engagement. We offer individualised and person-centred supports by working alongside our customers to support them to reach their full potential and make a difference to the lives of people living with disabilities.

Key duties

• Follow established care plans that involves medication administration, personal care, meal preparation, domestic cleaning and community support
• Apply the  behaviour support plans for each customer
• Administration duties and customer reporting

What you will need

• Manual handling and hoist training and experience – essential
• A full valid WA driver’s license – essential
• Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with customers, co-workers and families
• Demonstrated basic computer literacy skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
