Grief Australia is looking for an Intake and Administration Officer to join our Clinical Practice team, a permanent, full-time administration role (not clinical or counselling) supporting both our counselling services and education programs.

You'll be the first point of contact for people reaching out for grief and bereavement support, managing referrals, intake and appointment bookings with warmth and care. You'll also provide administrative support across two areas: helping counsellors and the Clinical Practice team with case files, reporting and meeting coordination, and helping the Education team.

It's a varied, people-facing role suited to someone organised, discreet and genuinely motivated to support people through a difficult time. You'll work closely with counsellors, educators and the wider Clinical Practice team, keeping the systems behind our services running smoothly.
