- Contributing to and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and action logs in line with ACEM project management standards.
- Preparing agendas, papers, and minutes for project working groups, steering committees, and subject matter expert consultations, and following up on actions to ensure timely progress.
- Coordinating the commissioning, production, and review of new educational resources, including WBA video scenarios, orientation modules, exam preparation materials, leadership toolkits, and preparation guides.
- Liaising with stakeholders including trainees, video production contractors, educational designers, communications staff, site DEMTs, trainees, FACEM subject matter experts, and OSCE examiners.
- Supporting the setup, upload, and accessibility testing of course materials in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Coordinating environmental scan, needs analysis, gap analysis, and pilot testing activities across rural STP sites and Accredited Training Networks.
- Supporting data collection and evaluation, and contributing to the preparation of final project reports.
- Building and maintaining constructive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout project delivery.
