The Position

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Production Support Analyst who is ready to take on a pivotal role within our organisation, ensuring the seamless operation of ACEM’s production systems and providing technical support to stakeholders. This position serves as a crucial link between ACEM’s technology and end-users, facilitating efficient workflows and resolving technical issues promptly to minimise downtime.

To be successful in the role, you must have:

  • Proficient SQL knowledge for data analysis and manipulation, alongside familiarity with DBMS like SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (Kentico), Learning Management Systems (Moodle), and web applications built on modern frameworks such as Vue.JS.
  • Proven ability to solve complex issues effectively by identifying root causes.
  • Demonstrated work experience in a technical support role.
  • Familiarity with help desk processes, particularly with the Atlassian suite of products.
  • Strong ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

This is a full-time position, based in Melbourne.

It is an exciting time to be part of the team as you will have an opportunity to participate in a trial with a range of work options and flexibility, including work a 9-day fortnight and get paid for 10 days!
