Accountable Futures Collective brings young people and adults together to build greater accountability to young people across society. We are reshaping how young people and adults connect, collaborate, and lead change. Right now, many of the systems and services young people rely on cause harm and fail to be accountable to those they are meant to serve.
AFC is in its start-up phase and is emerging as a systems-change movement grounded in First Nations knowledge and values. Our evolving theory of change is simple: when young people, communities, governments and the right funders come together to shift mindsets and build capability, young people’s wisdom and expertise will start to shape the systems that impact them. Over time, initiatives, institutions and services will better embrace young people’s leadership, ideas and power.
Ultimately, this work aims to create new systems, services and societies that are truly accountable to young people—preventing harm and creating the conditions for them to thrive.
This role provides high-quality administrative, project, and logistical support across AFC, helping ensure the organisation can effectively deliver on its mission of driving accountability to young people and future generations. You’ll play a key part in coordinating project activities and supporting the moments when AFC brings people together—whether through meetings, workshops, or partner collaborations.
As part of the Core Team at Accountable Futures Collective, you will work closely with the CEO, Executive Director, and other team members to keep systems running smoothly and projects on track.
