NDIS Support Coordinator

This is a part-time hybrid role (with the potential for full-time employment, also options for casual or contracting positions) as a Support Coordinator.

As a Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing case management, customer service, and support to our participants. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating support services, advocating for participant choices, and providing guidance and support to help participants maximise their funding and care plans.

This role is based in Epping, VIC, with flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in case management and customer service
  • Ability to provide technical and complex support to participants
  • Knowledge of the NDIS and experience navigating its complexities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders
  • Complete necessary administration to ensure compliance

Qualifications

  • Minimum Certificate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 12 months experience
  • Full drivers license
  • NDIS worker screen check (willingness to obtain)
  • WWC check
  • National Police Check (willingness to obtain)
