Abundance Human Resources is a boutique HR consultancy specialising in supporting Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations and not for profit organisations. We provide practical, culturally informed HR, workforce development and executive recruitment services, and pride ourselves on building strong, respectful and long-term relationships with our clients.
We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our small and values driven team.
This is a home-based role with regular regional travel to client sites.
You will work closely with Aboriginal organisations to provide high quality HR advice and support across a broad range of matters. You will act as a trusted advisor, often working as an embedded HR Manager within client organisations. The role also includes workforce development, executive recruitment and contributing to business growth.
There is an opportunity to earn commission through generating and expanding client work.
You are an experienced HR professional who values relationship-based work and understands the importance of working respectfully with Aboriginal organisations.
You are comfortable working autonomously, travelling to regional client sites, and contributing to the growth of a small consultancy.
