Our Client, a leading Charity Organisation, is currently recruiting for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join their team.
This role will involve:
As a Speech Pathologist you will join a multi-disciplinary team providing therapy to children and adults at dedicated hubs or in the community.
- Provide high quality, culturally appropriate speech pathology interventions to people with a disability who have specific eating/drinking and/or communication needs
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide effective and efficient services to clients with a disability in line with their goals
- Implement appropriate evidence-based services that meet the needs of clients according to the goals and within the allocated hours of their NDIS plan
- Participate in support planning processes for clients to deliver coordinated, effective, service provision that meets goals of the client’s NDIS plan
The requirements for this role include:
- Experience supporting people with a disability using an evidence-based approach
- Adaptable and ‘can-do attitude’ to effortlessly adjust to client needs and their NDIS plans
- Current drivers licence, willingness/ability to travel to clients (pool vehicles provided)
- A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- You must be registered with SPA
