Regional Team Lead


Our client is a modern, vibrant and very supportive organisation that focuses on best outcomes for Children and Young People. The Regional Team Leader will report directly to the Program Manager and lead a team of 3-5 House Managers. This is an autonomous, diverse and exciting role that plays a very important part in ensuring seamless compliance and operations of the Residential OOHC Services.

This role will involve;

  • Leading a team of experience OOHC House Managers
  • Conducting monthly team meetings and supervision
  • Review, address and report on critical incidents
  • Monthly reporting to Program Manager
  • Coordinate and have oversight over administrative matters including; rostering, leave and performance management

They are looking for candidates who are flexible, open-minded, able to work independently, and confidently.

The requirements for this role include;

  • Tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Psychology or relevant
  • 3+ years’ experience working in OOHC
  • Confident knowledge of the OOHC Standards
  • Knowledge of NSW Child Protection legislation
