Our Client, a leading in home Aged Care provider, is currently recruiting for an experienced Home Care Service Advisor to join their team based in Wagga Wagga.

This role will involve:

• Ensure high standards in all areas of Client services are delivered
• Lead, manage and be accountable for service delivery
• Manage budgets in consultation with Senior Home Care Service Advisors
• Report any required maintenance or issue, damage or theft and ensure appropriate action is takenUndertake duties that provide clients with choice, dignity, respect and ensure quality of life and care

The requirements for this role include:

• Demonstrated knowledge and application of care in the Home Support Program
• 1-2 years' experience as a Home Care Advisor
• Understanding of client goal setting and care planning activities
• Understanding of current issues for clients and their networks in their home environment
• Rostering and administration duties

Additional Information

• A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
