The client is an established Disability (NDIS) Service provider and Aged Care Home Care provider looking for Care Workers with Italian, Serbian, Spanish Greek or Macedonian speaking skills. You'd be working with a passionate team that deliver person-centred aged care services across Southern Sydney and working alongside other members of the Greek and Macedonian communities. The community professionals are an integral part of their service and who they are.

This role will involve:

• Start with a 10-hour week and build upon your hours
• Support children and adults living with disabilities
• Frail Aged Care and Dementia Care
• Based in community
• Assist with social and behavioural activities
• Personal care such as toileting, showering, feeding and dressing
• Community access, fun outings in group settings and one on one support
• Recording notes and reports on progress to goals
• Work with Allied Health professionals to deliver an excellent level of care
• Driving people around to appointments or to social settings

They are looking for candidates with disability support and community work experience. Helping to provide support to older people delivering CHSP.

The requirements for this role include:

• Cert III in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support
• Aged Care experience in the community
• NDIS and Disability Care Work
• First Aid and Police Check
• Own car with full insurance
