Who We Are
At A Better Tomorrow Australia, we walk alongside people—not ahead of them.
We’re a small, values-led NDIS provider offering tailored, affirming support that champions recovery, independence, and inclusion. Our support workers are more than task-doers—they’re relationship-builders, confidence-boosters, and everyday advocates. We prioritise human connection, meaningful outcomes, and community-led care.
We believe support should feel like support—not supervision.
The Role
We’re looking for casual NDIS Support Workers to provide compassionate, consistent, and person-centred support to our participants.
This may include:
- Community Access – attending events, appointments, outings, or social groups
- Daily Living Support – meal prep, light cleaning, shopping, life skills
- Mental Health Support – emotional regulation, structure, conversation, grounding
- Capacity Building – helping people grow in independence, autonomy, and joy
- Social Engagement – reducing isolation and creating space for connection
- Each participant is unique—your support will be guided by their voice, needs and goals.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re interested in heart, not just a resume. You may already be working in the sector—or you may be new and passionate about starting.
You are:
- Respectful, patient, and values-aligned
- Compassionate and understanding of mental health and trauma
- Reliable and consistent—with good boundaries and better energy
- Comfortable working independently, with a trauma-informed mindset
- Someone who gets that small moments can mean everything
We strongly encourage applications from LGBTQIA+ folks, First Nations people, mature-aged workers, culturally diverse backgrounds, and those with lived experience of mental health, disability, or recovery.

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- First Aid + CPR Certificate
- Driver’s Licence + own vehicle with insurance
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (if required by participants)
