Located in Hobart, Tasmania, The Client Services Team Leader will be working with a team of staff who are providing specialist dementia support, education, counselling, Coordination of Support and day respite to people living with dementia and their families. The Client Services Team Leader is responsible for providing leadership, support and mentoring to these Client Services staff. This role will manage all day to day operations of the team with a focus on providing a high level of client service and satisfaction and also take responsibility for ensuring the goals and objectives of services and programs are met.
