We are currently looking for a Customer Care Consultant - NDIS to responding to enquiries from the public, health professionals, community care service providers regarding the range and suitability of Your Side’s products and services.

This is a part time role reporting to the Team Leader, based within our Chatswood office with the opportunity for flexible work arrangements including the potential for working from home.

About You:

  • High level customer service skills with the ability to actively listen, build rapport quickly, and collate and record customer information.
  • High level dispute resolution skills able to identify customers barriers to service, address issues and offer resolution or constructive solutions to satisfy customer needs.
  • Understand and describe Your Side’s products/services and their benefits, cross refer when opportunity arises, identify emerging customer needs and overcome customer objections.
  • Admin and IT including the ability to keep accurate records, have attention to detail and maximise use of organisations Customer management systems.
  • Demonstrated capability to meet or exceed key performance indicators.
  • Liaise with individuals and families to explore goals and planning needs.
  • Enable individuals and families to connect to local services and natural supports, including social activities so that they can Live Their Best Life.
