    About the job

    • Role location: Slacks Creek (with potential for some outreach across Logan)
    • Role type: Permanent, part-time 30 hours/ week
    • Pay range: $69,724 to $75,799 a year based on experience, with salary sacrificing available

    We are looking for a motivated, confident and reliable Case Worker for our growing ParentsNext employment preparation program. In this job, you’ll help parents with young children overcome barriers and be in a better position to enter the workforce by the time their children start school. You will:

    • Build relationships with participants and help them identify goals and development needs
    • Develop participation plans with participants
    • Help participants implement strategies and engage with activities to achieve their goals
    • Support participants to meet Centrelink mutual obligation requirements
    • Undertake administration associated with client appointments and records.
