About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and experienced manager to lead the operations of Wyndham CEC’s programs and services in Geelong and Corio.

You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating staff and volunteers, overseeing two delivery sites, and building strong partnerships with other local service providers and networks. The role also involves the identification and development of new program and partnership opportunities that support sustainable growth and community need.

About You

You are a skilled professional who thrives in dynamic environments. You have:

• demonstrated experience in managing education, training and/or settlement programs;
• demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing staff and volunteers;
• demonstrated ability to build and leverage partnerships, networks and stakeholder relationships; and,
• highly developed organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

A qualification in Education (or equivalent experience) is highly desirable.

You must hold a valid Working with Children Check and current Police Check.
