As Manager, Accounts Payable, you will lead a team of seven (7) Accounts Payable Officers through a period of change, establish formal processes and improve engagement with the business. Challenging current ways of working, you will implement process improvements to ensure all vendor and consumer payments are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with policy, procedure, and good governance. A blended role, you will spend your time working across the technical aspects, business partnering, people leadership and projects.
Work from home two (2) or three (3) days a week. Our head office is located at the top-end-of-town on Lonsdale Street. The office environment is collaborative and social with hot desking, break out spaces, tech-enabled meeting rooms and large functional kitchen / lunch space.
A tangible connection-to-cause can be seen in the daily operations of the Accounts Payable team.
In addition to receiving an annual salary ranging between $100k - $110k and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits. There is also an option for additional purchased leave to increase your annual leave entitlements.
