The candidate will be working within the Corporate Services team, as part of the DropIN Solutions project team.

DropIN Solutions is WACOSS’ social enterprise. It offers a variety of cost-effective services to support the work of not-for-profits who have limited resources to build websites, produce annual reports, flyers, leaflets and trifolds, and promote themselves on or offline.

Graphic Design Coordinator plays a pivotal role within the DropIN project team in the development, conception, design and delivery of graphic design and digital marketing materials for DropIN Solutions’s internal and external clients, following the guidance of the DropIN Project Officer.

We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful individual who will have expertise in graphic design. Prior experience in the not-for-profit sector is also preferred. The ability to work with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator is a requirement and additional experience with MailChimp, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Wordpress, DreamWeaver, Microsoft Office and HTM and CSS knowledge are desirable.

To be successful in this role, the successful candidate will be able to develop a wide variety of skills across a range of disciplines such as web development, graphic design, UI/UX design, business intelligence and marketing for start-ups.
