We are Australia's first ethical superannuation fund designed for women, led by women. Yes we're Super, but we're not boring! We're a feminist organisation and we're out to change the way the industry serves women. Our mission is to build the financial power of women and to use our wealth for good. We're also passionate about changing the way the industry communicates with women. We invest ethically inline with the values of our members; we provide free financial coaching; and we advocate for changes to our retirement savings system to make it fairer for women.
The role will initially be around 2.5 days per week but could increase over time. We're looking to start with a freelancer to ensure we work well together. The role will shift to part-time and there is opportunity for this to become a full time role as the company grows.
We're looking for someone who understands what it means to reach women through feminist communication and someone who can bring our story and mission to life through engaging visual communication.
We seek to employ people who reflect of the diversity of our members to ensure we can support their needs and build a community alongside them. We encourage people of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background, migrants and people of the LGBTQI community to apply.
Also, we may be willing to split this role between more than one person, so if you like what we're about and you think you're a good match, but don't have all the experience we're looking for, please apply anyway!
