We are seeking a dedicated Crisis Accommodation Support Worker to join our Tranmere Street Refuge team! You will deliver professional and consistent support to young people who are homeless or at risk of experiencing homelessness. Additionally, you will support the case management team in the ongoing implementation of case management plans and create a therapeutic environment within the crisis accommodation setting.
This is a permanent part-time position, 27 hours per week, based in Fitzroy North, VIC. Salary and conditions are in accordance with SCHADS Level 4 Award.
