Role Purpose

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a dynamic position that involves developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to support the transformation of Australia’s food, farming and fibre systems. You will play a vital role in expanding Sustainable Table's reach and impact by leveraging digital platforms to foster meaningful connections, drive change, and build a more regenerative future.

About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing various digital platforms, creating engaging content, analysing campaign performance and updating the website. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, stay informed about industry trends, and deepen your understanding of regenerative systems change. You will work remotely and be an integral part of our lean and dynamic national team, working collaboratively to maximise our impact and drive positive change.

  • Ability to work remotely across various communication mediums

Key Skills and Experience

  • Degree or proven experience in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Journalism or a similar related field
  • 2+ years experience in communications
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong skills in digital marketing and content creation
  • Strong skills in SEO and analytics
  • Proficient at using Google Suite, MailChimp, Adobe Suite, Meta, LinkedIn, Slack, Notion, Later
  • Graphic design skills
  • Media experience desirable
  • Competency in data and conversion tools e.g. Google Analytics/Data Studio
  • Competency in paid advertising tools e.g. Meta Ads Manager
