About the Role

Reporting into the IT Applications Manager. We are looking for an innovative team player to join our great team at Unisson. This role includes all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • This role will be responsible for supporting and optimising our use of all Unisson applications, including our Salesforce suite (Lumary/Skedulo/Sage/Pardot), Netsuite, Cornerstone, Noggin.
  • Investigate issues, find root causes, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement innovative processes to improve stability and reduce recurring application incidents and problems.
  • Actively participate and at times lead the development and delivery of quality user training and coaching to drive adoption. Role model and promote the optimal use of Unisson systems and applications.
  • Monitor and work within the Unisson change framework with internal stakeholders to improve user adoption.

Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with SaaS and cloud software solutions required
  • Salesforce Accredited highly desirable
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience preferred
  • Disability sector experience strongly preferred
