SYC delivers employment services at over 50 locations throughout Australia. The Aboriginal Employment Mentor actively engages with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants across SYC’s Employment Services caseload. This role will benefit from providing support to motivate, upskill, and secure sustainable and compliant employment outcomes while working within a supportive and results driven team.
This is a mobile role, and the successful candidate will work across: Preston, Heidelberg, Epping and Altona.

As someone who enjoys working autonomously within a broader team environment, you will be passionate about developing relationships with employers, relevant stakeholders, and participants to develop skills and access activities generating new pathways to employment.
