What you'll do

Within the Brand, Marketing & Communications team, you'll deliver impactful and quality content for a range of channels. Our aim is to increase awareness about our depth and breadth of services, tell rich stories and deliver vital insights and resources that will support people within NSW to strengthen their varied relationships.

In addition, you'll;

  • Strategise, produce, commission, publish and optimise compelling content that supports strategic objectives, drives initiatives and campaigns, elevates trust in our brand, and supports new and existing clients with valuable tools and resources on relationship issues and challenges
  • Drive organic web growth through strategic SEO planning and content generation
  • Track performance and generate insights to ensure all content is supporting our broader business goals
  • Own content planning, including content calendar and internal/external stakeholder management
  • Manage the production of creative assets either using your own skills or engaging external specialists
  • Own RANSW’S tone of voice and editorial style guides
  • Drive community growth and engagement across our social channels

  • Permanent full-time role – can be 4 days per week for the right candidate

What you'll bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
  • Superior copywriting skills, spanning a variety of marketing and editorial channels for a range of audiences
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practice
  • Experience in developing content that makes you feel something
  • Conceptual and strategic thinking ability and strong project management skills
  • A creative mind, flair for design and passion for powerful content, engaging social media and effective digital marketing
  • Success in building and connecting with online communities
  • Curious, creative and nurturing in your approach to our community
  • Ability to work part of a small and dynamic team
  • Ability to be agile and hands on to support the factor that impact relationships with creative content
