We're currently seeking to employ a Part time Employment Consultant (DES) who will be based at our across our Brisbane ESA (Fortitude Valley site).

As part of the Disability Employment Services Sector we are seeking to employ an experienced Employment Consultant who is ready for new challenges and to make a positive and empowering difference to our clients across the Brisbane ESA (Fortitude Valley site).

The role of an Employment Consultant at Ostara entails the following:

• Case Management of DES (specialising in Mental Health) clients.
• Full ownership of the whole process from initial appointments through to initial post placement support.
• Business Development and Networking to build relationships with local businesses and stakeholders.
• Create employment opportunities through Reverse Marketing strategies to assist job seekers in achieving sustainable ongoing employment.
• Facilitating small training groups.
• Working to KPI's and achieving monthly performance targets.

Skills and Experience:

• Reverse Marketing and cold calling experience.
• Case Management.
• Proven ability to meet and achieve KPI's.
• Stellar communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of contractual requirements - knowledge of disability standards and guidelines.
• Experience as an Employee Consultant of minimum 1 year.
• Experience in Disability Employment Sector a must.
