About the Role

This role sits within our Programs team and plays an important part in enabling the Institute’s work. You will support teams across the organisation to secure and manage funding, strengthen partnerships, and deliver projects that contribute to better health outcomes globally.

This is a role for someone who enjoys connecting people, improving systems, and contributing to work that has real-world impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate funding submissions (Concept Notes, EOIs, and Proposals)
  • Support contract management, including negotiation and compliance
  • Work with teams to strengthen partnerships with donors and collaborators
  • Identify and support new funding opportunities aligned with our strategy
  • Contribute to improving systems, processes, and ways of working
  • Support project delivery, including risk management and performance monitoring

About You

You are thoughtful, organised, and collaborative, with a strong interest in global health and development. You bring:

  • Experience supporting or managing donor-funded projects
  • Strong writing and coordination skills
  • The ability to build respectful, effective working relationships
  • Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence working across teams and managing competing priorities
  • Confident using digital tools (e.g. Asana) and adapting to new systems
  • A genuine commitment to equity and inclusive development
